Libya Oil Ethiopia ensures that customers’ needs and requirements are met to their best satisfaction. This is systematically handled through our Customer Service Centre (CSC) where many key business processes begin, intersect or end. Our Customer Service Center works based on a ‘One stop shop ‘concept. The objective is to provide a single contact point for customers on all their requirements and hence improved service in terms of communication, response time and quality of delivered service.
Customers who call to get information or to give feedback do not have to contend with various departments depending on whether their calls are technical, operational or pertaining to one of the many markets we are serving.
The CSC is managed by well-trained, multi-disciplinary employees who can handle all customers’ requirements and queries. Thus, it deals with the following major activities with one single call:
- Place orders
- Place maintenance requests
- Request for product and service information; for example stock availability, price, and technical information among others.
- Sort out account and credit queries
- Forward complaints
And many more….
A customer satisfaction survey is also being carried out periodically (usually every two years) so as to identify gaps and improve our customer handling process.
Our Customer Service Center, is located adjacent to the Libya Oil Ethiopia Head Office building. It gives services from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00am.
