Accordingly, ESME’s 22nd Annual Conference was held on Sunday, the 22nd of April 2018 at Addis Ababa Science & Technology University. The event was attended by around 140 people, most of them were decision makers on purchase of industrial oils like supervisors/owners of construction companies, cement, metal and sugar factories, equipment maintenance mechanics, etc. Representing our Company, the Lubricants Manage and the Lubricant Technical Support have participated on the conference. On the conference, presentations on different issues regarding technological needs of the country were brought to the forefront for discussion. In addition, copies of the Society’s Annual Journal where our DeoMax DM 12 advertisement placed on their back covers have been distributed to the attendees. On LOEL side, as a brand awareness enhancement, banners, teardrops, bunting flags and posters in and outside the Conference Hall were displayed. Apart from that, we had a chance to show our TV Commercials (both DeoMax and Accel) in between the paper presentations. Also, branded pens and keychains together with brochures on DeoMax DM 12 have been offed to each participant. Overall, the event was a success where we were everywhere and outshining.
In order to bestow our social responsibility as a Corporate citizen and boost brand awareness, Libya Oil Ethiopia sponsored TESFA Youth Football League tournament (Under 15). The tournament, which will last for 3 months was inaugurated colorfully on Saturday, 24th February 2018 at Addis Ababa Youth Sport Academy in the presence of high officials.During the event, the Company’s message has been delivered and Accel branded capes and Key rings have been handed over to invited guests, coaches and event organizers. In fulfilling our promise to our customers to avail our products and service in different parts of the country, Libya Oil Ethiopia partnered with a dealer to develop a high standard Dealer Owned Dealer Operated (DODO) service station in Sululta town which has become operational.
The annual OiLibya Retail Dealers’ Engagement Meeting was held on March 17, 2017 in Addis Ababa at Elilly International Hotel. All Oilibya Retail Stations’ Dealers, Company’s Management members, the Retail Manager, Territory managers and other concerned company employees have attended the Meeting.
Mr. Abdulhak Elkablashi, the newly appointed General Manager of LOEL has inaugurated the Engagement session by introducing himself to the meeting participants and discussing the main priorities and focus areas of the Company with regards to the Retail Station Sector. In addition, the event was taken as a good opportunity for the GM to bestow his appreciation to the Retail Stations’ Dealers on the long-time partnership relationship the Company has with them.
On the occasion, the Company recognized best performing Dealers from each Territory.
